WEEKLY TELEVISION SERIES

We can record your weekly television series using a One Camera Shoot, edit it, produce it, and deliver it to your television station, with transitions, graphics. and the required introduction format, on the required Media for the TV station, for an affordable rate.  We provide the necessary Lighting Equipment and the necessary Audio Equipment or Audio connection accessories.  We provide you with one DVD copy of the broadcast.  

We can also produce multiple DVD copies to you for sale to your TV Viewers.  With color printing on the DVD itself, and a Clear Plastic Slim DVD case, for $3.25 per copy.  .(There are two upgrades to the DVD packaging - $3.75 per set adding a color Insert in the front of the DVD case ... and $4.75 per set adding a large DVD case with a front and back color sheet insert).

1-CAMERA VIDEO PRODUCTION

The videotaping of an event, using 1 stationary camera, 1 camera operator, providing the necessary audio equipment or audio connection equipment, providing additional lighting equipment if necessary ...after the initial videotaping we provide post-production work at my studio, adding animations, titles, transitions and special effects to your video ...providing an edited DVD in a plastic case with a color label on the DVD. Your cost for additional DVD copies are $3.25 per DVD set ... you may select your own charge to sell to your customers.  (There are two upgrades to the DVD packaging - $3.75 per set adding a color Insert in the front of the DVD case ... and $4.75 per set adding a large DVD case with a front and back color sheet insert).

$275.00 (Post-Production Editing to produce One Master DVD).

($225.00 - Recording Live un-edited onto a DVD Master, for after the Event Duplication - No Post Production Editing or Titling).

(An additional $125.00 to also Live Stream the same event).

 

(Add $175 per additional session for multiple services or sessions at the same conference or convention as long as the equipment is allowed to stay set-up during the entire length of days of the event).

(Add $150 if you require an opening video segment to be created for your video.  Add $50 if you want titled credits created for the end of your video).

The videotaping of an event, using 2 cameras, providing the necessary audio equipment or audio connection equipment, providing additional lighting equipment if necessary ...after the initial videotaping we provide post-production work at my studio, adding an opening segment, a closing segment, animations, titles, transitions and special effects to your video ...providing an edited DVD in a plastic case with a color label on the DVD.  Your cost for additional DVD copies are $3.25 per DVD set ... you may select your own charge to sell to your customers.  (There are two upgrades to the DVD packaging - $3.75 per set adding a color Insert in the front of the DVD case ... and $4.75 per set adding a large DVD case with a front and back color sheet insert).I

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments can be made either by mailing a check or money order to us, or by using your credit card online through this website.

A 40% deposit (unless otherwise listed) is required to reserve your date and your choice of equipment.  The balance of the payment is payable, either before the date of the event, or on the date of the event before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time.  You must contact us by email or phone to clear your date and set-up/break-down times before applying any money for Deposits/Final Payments/or Payments in Full, towards you event(s).  An invoice can be provided to you before booking, and revised invoices are provided to you after any money is received from you.

 

TRAVEL EXPENSE CHARGES

(There is No Travel Expense Charge if you are located within 40 miles of our location in Chicago, which includes cities like Schaumburg, Evanston, Joliet, IL & Gary, IN.)

  If the rental is to take-place beyond 40 miles from our location in Chicago, Illinois a $1.00 per mile-traveled charge will be added (One Way Distance).  The Travel Expense charge may need to be increased slightly due to specific conditions and the travel days span required for delivery and pick-up.  This charge is designed to cover our additional costs of gas, food, possible tolls, possible overnight expenses, extended hour pay for help, etc.  

 One-half of the mileage charge is payable with the initial deposit, and the final half is payable along with the balance of the rental amount, either before the date of the event, or on the date of the event before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time.  We will consider any distance outside of the Chicagoland area if you will meet our travel expense charge.

SITE SURVEY TRIP CHARGES

  A SITE SURVEY TRIP ... is a trip to the location of an Event in order to map out Equipment that will fit there ... as in Size of Staging ... Size of Tents ... To Determine Which of our many Sound Systems, Lighting Systems, Video Projection Systems, Video Production Camera Systems, Orchestra Risers, Choral Risers, Fashion Show Runways, will work there ... To determine the amount of cables needed to reach Lighting, Audio, Video Equipment.  Any determining factors specific to your Event, that would require a trip there by us.

A SITE SURVEY PURCHASE TRIP ... is a trip to a location to arrange for, or/and to purchase Unique Equipment Specific to your EVENT.

The Cost of a SITE SURVEY TRIP is $75.00.

The Cost of a SITE SURVEY PURCHASE TRIP is $75.00.

If the Distance to a SITE SURVEY TRIP or a SITE SURVEY PURCHASE TRIP takes place beyond 40 miles from our location in Chicago, Illinois ... a $1.00 per mile-traveled charge will be added (One Way Distance) ... This is per our above TRAVEL EXPENSE CHARGES requirement.

SITE SURVEY CHARGES ... are applicable to anyone that has not Booked us for an Event with a Deposit ... or will not be Booking us for their Event with a Deposit.
