Peace Record Corporation rents complete sound reinforcement systems for auditoriums, venues, or outdoor events of up to 2,000 people.  Our rental structure offers seven equipment set-up packages, three for Indoor Events and four for either Indoor or Outdoor Concert Events.

SINGLE OR MULTIPLE CAMERA VIDEO RECORDING

We can videotape a event LIVE (Up to a 3 Hour Event at the below rate.  Additional hours, All-Day, or Multiple Day Event prices are quoted per Event);

One Camera  Set-up - $400.00

Two Camera Set-Up - $850.00 

Three Camera Set-Up - $1,250.00

So in addition to providing CDs and/or Audio Cassettes after the event, we can also provide DVD copies after the event for you to sell at your price.  (This does not include audio to the DVD, this price comes from the audio package options from above; 24 channel recording mixer, or a 4 channel recording mixer, or you provide the stereo audio feed from your provided sound system).  

(No Post-Video Editing is included for the above video packages.  Only LIVE recordings of the event.  Post-Video Editing, or Trimming, adding an Opening segment, Closing Credits, Titles, Transitions, & Special Effects can be added for additional costs. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

A 30% deposit (unless otherwise listed) is required to reserve your date and your choice of equipment.  You must contact us by email or phone to clear your date and set-up/break-down times before applying any money for Deposits/Final Payments/or Payments in Full, towards you event(s).  An invoice can be provided to you before booking, and revised invoices are provided to you after any money is received from you.

The balance of the payment is payable, either before the date of the event, or on the date of the event before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time.

A sound check is not included in the Platinum or Silver Packages.  If a vocal/musician sound-check is required for either of those packages (before the audience begins to arrive to the event), there will be an additional charge of $50.00 per half-hour;  i.e.  If the sound-check is requested to start 1 hour before the event is scheduled to start, then the equipment must be set-up and operational one hour earlier, the additional charge would be $100.00.

An hourly charge of $50.00 per hour is due after the allowed three-hour equipment use time has been reached.  Payable at the beginning of each additional hour, once the three-hour equipment use time has been reached, in order to maintain use of equipment.  (A lower fee ...or waiving of a fee... can be prearranged in advance if we are notified at event booking of the need for renting equipment for a specified amount of hours beyond the three-hour limit.)

TRAVEL EXPENSE CHARGES

(There is No Travel Expense Charge if you are located within 50 miles of our location in Chicago.)

  If the rental is to take-place beyond 50 miles - but less than 200 miles from our location in Chicago then a .75 cents per mile charge will be added for your event (mileage-to and mileage-from multiplied by .75 cents).  A $1.00 per mile-traveled charge will be added for events in cities of over 200 miles away from our location in Chicago (mileage-to and mileage-from multiplied by $1.00).  This charge is designed to cover our additional costs of gas, food, possible tolls, possible overnight expenses, extended hour pay for help, etc.  

One-half of the mileage charge is payable with the initial deposit, and the final half is payable along with the balance of the rental amount, either before the date of the event, or on the date of the event before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time.  We will consider any distance outside of the Chicagoland area if you will meet our travel expense charge.
