Peace Record Corporation offers Giant Screen Video Projection System Rentals in seven packages. You can use a video projection system to;
 | Give a computer slide and audio presentation using your computer and such software as Microsoft's Power Point. |
| Show a video with background music (which Peace Record Corporation can make for you) of the bride and groom of their childhood pictures, through graduation pictures, through adulthood, and finally of pictures of the bride and groom together as a couple, to be played back at their wedding reception on a giant screen large enough for hundreds of people to enjoy. |
| Show a live TV broadcast of an event to a huge audience. |
| Show training videos at a business function to a large group of employees, conference attendees, or workshop attendees. |
| Show a movie with a religious theme at a church to hundreds or thousands of people at the same time. |
| Provide the video and audio of a special function occurring in an auditorium or church ...pre-anticipated to be filled with attendees... into a separate adjoining room or auditorium. Thereby providing the overflow group with the same like-you-were-there experience. |
Inclusive Description:
The below features are included in Video Packages A, B, C, D, E, & F
| One Video Projector |
| Equipment to show requested video (or hear audio); VHS deck; S-VHS deck; DVD player; CD player; audio tape deck, etc. |
| Personnel to set-up (arriving at least one-hour prior to the start of the rental event), operate, and take down the equipment. |
| The necessary cabling to tie our VHS Player into a sound system already in the room or a portable sound system provided by you. (Or you can rent a sound system from us in three size configurations. See information at the bottom of this page). |
| The necessary cabling to tie our Video system into a live audio/video feed (for a crowd overflow auditorium) from your main sanctuary or auditorium. (If that audio/video feed is not available we can provide the equipment and personnel to produce that feed for this video projection system rental for an additional charge of $225.00 for a one camera set-up without lights and $425.00 for a two camera set-up, with video switcher, TV monitors, extra personnel, and lighting equipment ...this price is valid only in conjunction with one of our video projection system rentals). |

Package A
120-inch (8 foot width) video projection screen on a tripod stand, along with the Inclusive Description of features from above.
Rental Cost: $295.00
(For a computer presentation your laptop (or desktop computer) must have either a VGA monitor output, an S-Video output, or an RCA Composite TV out to feed our video projectors. A laptop computer can be rented from Peace Record Corporation only in conjunction with a video projection system rental for an additional $75.00).

Package C
A 40- inch high, MOUNTING PLATFORM, can be rented from Peace Record Corporation for a 150-inch (10 foot width) video projection screen to be placed on top of giving an 11 feet 6 inch high top of screen look for large auditorium distance viewing. There are multiple 40-inch high platforms available, along with the Inclusive Description of features from above.

Package D
150-inch (10 foot width) video projection screen, TRUSS-MOUNTED STANDS, (Stand ONE can lift the top of the screen to any increment between 8 feet and 11 feet above the floor, Stand TWO can lift the top of the screen to any increment between 8 feet and 15 feet above the floor), along with the Inclusive Description of features from above.

COMPUTER SYSTEM RENTALS
A Desktop Computer System operated by our personnel can be rented from Peace Record Corporation to display a video presentation created by us ... of a slide show, photographs, announcements, graphics and words describing your event, short congratulation remarks from dignitaries on video, etc. ... to be shown on the projection screen during your rental. Rates begin at $125.00 and increase depending on the complexity of the computer presentation that you request.

Theatre Presentation Packages
Package E
180-inch (12 foot width) video projection screen, truss mounted, up to 16 feet above the floor, in-front of plush 20 foot width theatre curtains with an over-hanging theatrical drapery valance giving a professional Movie Theater Front appearance, along with the Inclusive Description of features from above.

Package F
This arrangement combines 3 much sought-after set-ups into one cost-savings package. You can get the180-inch (12 foot width) Video Projection Screen System, truss-mounted, up to 16 feet above the floor, in-front of plush 20 foot width theatre curtains with an over-hanging theatrical drapery valance giving a professional Movie Theater Front appearance;
And a Desktop Computer System operated by our personnel to display a video presentation created by us ...of a slide show, photographs, announcements, graphics & words describing your event, short congratulations remarks from a dignitary on video, etc. ...to be shown at your event;
And a Full Range Sound System, 1,000-seat auditorium coverage capacity, with two extended-range speakers raised 5 feet off the floor, including one microphone and stand, including equipment for playback of CD's, Audio Cassette tapes, and various video formats (specific playback equipment needed must be requested in advance), along with the Inclusive Description of features from the top of this page.

SOUND SYSTEM RENTALS
Sound systems in 3 size configuration operated by our personnel can be rented from Peace Record Corporation to amplify the sound from videos displayed on the your rental projection screen, to playback CD's, or to playback audio cassette tapes. (Please request the playback equipment you require us to bring in advance). One vocal microphone and a microphone stand is included with the system.
Up to a 350 seat auditorium - $195.00
Up to a 1,000 seat auditorium - $495.00
Up to a 2,000 seat auditorium - $750.00

Additional Information:
A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date and your choice of equipment.
The balance of the payment is payable, either before the date of the event, or on the date of the event before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time.
An hourly charge of $50.00 per hour is due after the allowed three-hour equipment use time has been reached. Payable at the beginning of each additional hour, once the three-hour equipment use time has been reached, in order to maintain use of equipment. (A lower fee ..or waiving of fee... can be prearranged in advance if we are notified at event booking of the need for renting equipment for a specified amount of hours beyond the three-hour limit.)
