STAGE OVERHANGING CANOPY

(Rented alone to overhand your stage and/or musicians area.)  

The White Sun Canopy can be placed on the ground surrounding your stage (as shown above), or lifted onto a stage if your stage is larger than the width and depth of the selected canopy.  A Sun Canopy over a performing area is erected higher than the usual canopy.  It can also be Erected over an existing stage, or we can even erect the Overhanging Canopy before the Stage arrives for its set-up.  CAN BE ERECTED HIGHER THAN THE NORMAL CANOPY.  Great for BLOCK PARTY'S.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments can be made either by mailing a check or money order to us, or by using your credit card online through this website.

A 40% deposit (unless otherwise listed) is required to reserve your date and your choice of Staging Equipment.  The balance of the payment is payable, either before the date of the event, or on the date of the event before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time.  You must contact us by email or phone to clear your date and set-up/break-down times before applying any money for Deposits/Final Payments/or Payments in Full, towards you event(s).  An invoice can be provided to you before booking, and revised invoices are provided to you after any money is received from you.

Prices can be negotiated for a multiple-day rental of Performance Stages or Sun Canopies.  The negotiated price will not be multiples of the one-day rental price.

Side-Wall (to-the-ground) panels can be rented for any of our Sun Canopies or Tents  above for an additional price.

TRAVEL EXPENSE CHARGES

(There is No Travel Expense Charge if you are located within 50 miles of our location in Chicago.)

  If the rental is to take-place beyond 50 miles - but less than 200 miles from our location in Chicago then a .75 cents per mile charge will be added for your event (mileage-to and mileage-from multiplied by .75 cents).  A $1.00 per mile-traveled charge will be added for events in cities of over 200 miles away from our location in Chicago (mileage-to and mileage-from multiplied by $1.00).  We may be able to drop the mileage charge slightly due to specific conditions and the travel days required.  This charge is designed to cover our additional costs of gas, food, possible tolls, possible overnight expenses, extended hour pay for help, etc.  

One-half of the mileage charge is payable with the initial deposit, and the final half is payable along with the balance of the rental amount, either before the date of the event, or on the date of the event before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time.  We will consider any distance outside of the Chicagoland area if you will meet our travel expense charge.
