LIVE ON-LOCATION RECORDING SESSIONS

Peace Record Corporation provides Live, on-location, simultaneous multi track, digital audio recording sessions.

Price Includes:

	Up to 24 tracks of simultaneous digital audio recorded live on-location at your event.
	Up to 120 minutes of recording time
	Up to 12 hours of mix-down time (In two to three sessions) ($50 per hour beyond 12 hours)
	Mastering of recorded material for CD duplication
	Design of full-color CD label
	Design of full-color CD case insert with sides
	250 CD copies of your mastered recording
	250 plastic CD cases
	250 computer-printed CD labels put on your CD's
	250 computer-printed CD inserts placed in your CD plastic cases
	Personnel to set-up, operate, and take-down equipment
	Sound check to start 2 hours before start of event
	Up to 3 hours included for the event.

Package Price: $2,995.00

A $500.00 deposit is required to reserve the equipment and your date. The amount of $2,000.00 is payable, either before the date of the live recording, or on the date of the live recording before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time. The remaining $495.00 is payable upon your receipt of the completed 250 CD sets.

Additional copies of CD's at $3.75 per complete set.

Additional studio mix-down time above your included 12 hours is at $35.00 per hour.

Additional time at location beyond five hours is $50 per hour.

TRAVEL EXPENSE CHARGES

(There is No Travel Expense Charge if you are located within 50 miles of our location in Chicago).

If the rental is to take-place beyond 50 miles - but less than 200 miles from our location in Chicago then a .75 cents per mile charge will be added for your event (mileage-to and mileage-from multiplied by .75 cents). A $1.00 per mile-traveled charge will be added for events in cities of over 200 miles away from our location in Chicago (mileage-to and mileage-from multiplied by $1.00). This charge is designed to cover our additional costs of gas, food, possible tolls, possible overnight expenses, extended hour pay for help, etc.

One-half of the mileage charge is payable with the initial deposit, and the final half is payable along with the balance of the rental amount, either before the date of the event, or on the date of the event before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time. We will consider any distance outside of the Chicagoland area if you will meet our travel expense charge.
