Peace Record Corporation rents Lighting Systems for Music Concerts,
Live Video-Taped Recording Sessions, Small Dramatic/Theatrical Productions,
Special Services, and Events. Our rental structure offers four equipment
set-up plans.
The first three Set-Up Plans include Traditional
Lighting Fixtures.
The fourth Set-Up Plan includes
Intelligent Lighting Systems.

of this page.
Lighting System One
2 Crank-up light stands (up to 11' height)
8 Light Fixtures (4 Light Fixtures on top of each stand)
1 Light Dimmer pack for each Light Stand
Necessary Power Cables
16 Channel Light Controller Console
Up to three-hours use of equipment for event
Personnel to set-up (arriving at least three (3) hour before start of the rental
event), aim light fixtures, operate, and take-down equipment. (A detailed
lighting script must be provided upon arrival before set-up of equipment and
a person present knowing location of all scenes to be lit).
Rental Cost: $495.00
Payment Options
Attendance by a Peace Record Corporation lighting operator to your
last rehearsal to view production, be given your lighting script with detailed
instructions, and their availability to offer suggestions if needed. An
additional charge of $75.00.
Payment Option
You can also arrange for Lighting System One to be set-up and
operated at the last rehearsal and remain set-up for the production, if the
production occurs the following day ... for an additional charge of $300.00.

Computer Based Light Controller &
Programming Device
Price Includes; Necessary Cables, Personnel to Deliver,
Set-up, Program, Operate, & Take-Down Equipment. Set-up of Intelligent
Lights on the floor or on Four 11' High Crank-up Light Stands.

Payment Options
Trussing is available for Over-the-Floor Spans of Intelligent
Lights (and for Light Systems One & Two where Trussing is not
included). $100.00 per 10 foot Section of Trussing. Price Includes
Rental for Trussing Section(s), Rental of higher Crank-Up Light Stands, &
includes Set-Up and Take-Down Personnel for the extra time necessary to string
power cables thru Truss(s).
Payments can be made either by mailing a check or money order
to us, or by using your credit card online through this website.
A 30% deposit (unless otherwise listed) is required to
reserve your date and your choice of equipment. The balance of the payment is payable,
either before the date of the event, or on the date of the event before
equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled equipment set-up time.
You must contact us by email or phone to clear your date and set-up/break-down
times before applying any money for Deposits/Final Payments/or Payments in Full,
towards you event(s). An invoice can be provided to you before booking,
and revised invoices are provided to you after any money is received from you.
TRAVEL EXPENSE CHARGES
(There is No Travel Expense Charge if you are located within
50 miles of our location in Chicago).
If the rental is to take-place beyond 50 miles - but
less than 200 miles from our location in Chicago then a .75 cents per mile charge will be
added for your event (mileage-to and mileage-from
multiplied by .75 cents). A $1.00 per mile-traveled charge will be
added for events in cities of over 200 miles away from our location in Chicago (mileage-to and mileage-from
multiplied by $1.00). We may be able to drop the mileage charge slightly
due to specific conditions and the travel days required. This charge is designed to cover our additional
costs of gas, food, possible tolls, possible overnight expenses, extended hour pay
for help, etc.
One-half
of the mileage charge is payable with the
initial deposit, and the final half is payable along with the balance of the
rental amount, either before the date of the event, or on the date of the
event before equipment set-up can begin at the scheduled
equipment set-up time. We will consider any distance outside of the Chicagoland
area if you will meet our
travel expense charge.
An hourly charge of $50.00 per hour is due after the allowed three-hour
equipment use time has been reached. Payable at thebeginningof each additional hour, once the three-hour equipment use time has been
reached,in orderto maintain use of equipment.
(A lower fee ...or waiving of a fee... can be prearranged in advance if we are notified at event booking
of the need for renting equipment for a specified amount of hours
beyond the three-hour limit.)
